Grosse Pointe North Wins Football Season Opener

Grosse Pointe North opened the 2013 season with a road win.

Grosse Pointe North won their 2013 season opener Thursday on the road with an impressive 35-0 win over St. Clair Shores Lakeview.

Grosse Pointe South opened the season at home against the University of Detroit. The Blue Devils lost 24-7, according to MHSAA.com.

University Liggett also opened the season at home against Royal Oak Shrine. The Knights lost 14-6, according to MHSAA.com.
