Grosse Pointe Restaurants to Compete for Top Honors in Detroit Burger Brawl
Dirty Dog Jazz Cafe and Red Crown, both from the Grosse Pointes, will be participating in Saturday's Burger Brawl in Eastern Market.

Metro Detroit’s leading restaurant chefs will compete head-to-head in a hamburger grinding and grilling challenge at the Detroit Burger Brawl 2013 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday at Fairway Packing, 1313 Erskine, in Eastern Market.
Metro Detroit’s leading restaurant chefs will compete head-to-head in a hamburger grinding and grilling challenge at the Detroit Burger Brawl 2013 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday at Fairway Packing, 1313 Erskine, in Eastern Market.
Restaurants, including the Dirty Dog Jazz Cafe and Red Crown, will create their own special burgers, grill up their creations and face a panel of judges that will determine the winner.
The last burger standing will be named “Detroit’s Best Burger of 2013.”
Burger-lovers are invited to taste competition burgers, watch the action and enjoy Historic Eastern Market for a suggested $10 donation.
