House Hunt: Lake Shore Road Homes

There are 20 houses in the Grosse Pointes that will be open Sunday June 26, according to the Grosse Pointe Board of Realtors. Most of the open houses are from 2 to 4 p.m., exceptions will be noted on the list however.

Even if you're not in the market to buy a home, it's interesting to see what is on the market and how it's evolving. Earlier this month, realtors had 90 pending home sales in the Pointes while 355 single family homes were on the market, according to information from Scott Adlhoch of .

This week's list takes a peek into the homes facing Lake St. Clair on the area's most well-recognized throughfare: Lake Shore Road. This is only a few of the homes for sale on Lake Shore Road.
