Veterans Recall Military Service At War Memorial

The Grosse Pointe War Memorial hosted a Veterans Day breakfast that honored those who served and featured a keynote speech by Brig. Gen. David Bassett, program executive officer Ground Combat Systems at the Detroit Arsenal.

Additionally, there were period re-enactors with a display of war time vehicles and a collection of toys for the United States Marine Corps Reserve Toys Tots program.
