Viewfinder: 48 Graduate from University Liggett
The notably small class spoke of change and their impact not only on the school but also the community.
The 48 members of the graduating class received their diplomas in a little more than an hour Sunday during an outdoor ceremony on the school grounds.
Many students spoke and performed during the ceremony. Annalisa Provenzano gave the invocation, Carl Ghafari sang the Star-Spangled Banner, Valedictorian Nozomi Yamasaki and Class-elected Natalie Peracchio spoke about the class' four years at the school, and Ian Quinlan gave the benediction.Β
Bagpipers David Clark and Paul Reno also performed for the graduates entrance and exit to the ceremony, which was followed by a catered reception in the arts courtyard Sunday.Β
