• Payroll checks stolen from business office (oceanacountypress.com) — Blank payroll checks and a debit card were stolen during a reported break-in at Northland Castings Corporation in Hart Township, and the case is under active investigation by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office. The checks have since been recovered, but residents should be aware of the related fraudulent debit card activity and ongoing law enforcement work.
