Hartland Farmer's Market Opens for 10th Season on Saturday

Opening day for the Hartland Farmer's Market is May 4 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Spring is finally here and as the weather continues to warm up in Hartland, the local farmer's market will open for business - celebrating it's 10th season in Hartland.

Opening day of the Hartland Farmer's Market is Saturday, May 4 and the weather looks to be warm and sunny with a high of 71 degrees, according to weather.com.

You can find the market open every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. from early May to the end of October in the parking lot at the Hartland Educational Support Services Center, 9525 E. Highland Rd. The market was started in 2004 by the local 4-H group with the help of Hartland Township and Hartland School District.

In past years, the local market has hosted approximately 20 vendors including:

  • J.W. Meats & Cattle Co.
  • Roeske Farms of Hartland
  • All Sisters Bakery
  • Uncle Norm's Kickin' Mustard

The Hartland Flea Market is also held in the same location from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. the first Saturday of each month, May through October.
