• Man accused of killing Oakland County restaurant manager bound over to circuit court (clickondetroit.com) — A Howell resident who managed an Oakland County restaurant was fatally shot outside his workplace in Commerce Township last month, and the man accused in the killing has now been ordered to stand trial. Prosecutors say the suspect turned himself in to Farmington Hills police and is charged with first-degree murder and a firearm offense, facing a possible life sentence if convicted.
