Highland Road in Howell on Christmas Eve is holding a $1 million Powerball ticket, according to the Michigan Lottery. The winner matched five white balls in Wednesday’s drawing and has one year to contact the Lottery’s Player Relations division to claim the prize, while the record jackpot itself was won in Arkansas.
