Hello friends!

Find out what's happening in Hartlandfor free with the latest updates from Patch.

Since the new year, I’ve really thrown myself back into reading after a few years of struggling to concentrate. I’ve had a blast digging into mysteries, comedies, and some interesting non-fiction reads as well. And what better time than now, during National Reading Month, to celebrate our favorite reads?! I thought this would be a perfect time to share with you some of my favorite books
related to sustainability.

The problem is, there are SO many books that educate and encourage readers to pursue a sustainable lifestyle! The sustainability that I tend to engage with the most in my life is related to plants, foraging, and working in the kitchen– but please remember that there are so many other topics in sustainability that are not mentioned here, such as eco-building, greenhouses, raising animals, working with wool, cellar building, and more! This list is just some of the books I’ve found within the last few years that have inspired me, and might just inspire you too.
