• 86 MSU graduates receive MSU Board of Trustees' Award for academic excellence (msu.edu) — One of the newest Michigan State University graduates earning a perfect 4.0 GPA and the MSU Board of Trustees’ Award is hospitality business major Katrina Brown from Haslett. She’s among 86 Spartans recognized at the Dec. 12 trustees meeting and at December commencement ceremonies for exceptional academic performance and will wear a special honor cord. It’s a proud moment for Haslett and the wider Spartan community.
