• Man who pleaded guilty to trafficking meth in Ironwood area sentenced to 13 to 30 years in prison (wnmufm.org) — A local man has been sentenced to 13 to 30 years in prison after pleading guilty to meth trafficking connected to a traffic stop near Longyear Park in Ironwood. Officers with the Gogebic-Iron Area Narcotics Team say they seized meth and evidence of broader dealing, and several additional charges were dismissed under the plea.
