• KPD partners with Sam's Club for 'Cram the Cruiser' event to benefit Kentwood Little Free Pantry (wktvjournal.org) — Kentwood residents are invited to help restock the Kentwood Little Free Pantry by “cramming” police cruisers with nonperishable food at Sam’s Club on Dec. 13 and 20. Officers will be on-site to collect donations and connect with neighbors, with all items going directly to support local families in need this holiday season.
   

• Music and faith bind Kentwood couple's 21-year love story (fox17online.com) — A Kentwood couple living at Storypoint Senior Living is sharing their 21-year, music-filled love story with neighbors through church services and choir performances. Despite Christie’s blindness, she and Ray continue making music together, showing how faith, teamwork, and melody keep them connected and energized in their community.
   

• Gerald R. Ford Airport hosts holiday music festival (fox17online.com) — East Kentwood High School’s Varsity Voices helped kick off a week of holiday choir performances at Gerald R. Ford International Airport, and more local student groups are still set to perform. If you’re traveling or picking someone up today or Friday, you can catch free concerts in the airport’s Grand Hall featuring choirs from across the Grand Rapids area.
