Superintendent Search Update

Anchor Bay Parents,

Here is a brief update on the Superintendent Search process, next steps and how you can be involved and share input.

First-round interviews were completed last night. Recordings of these interviews are posted on our website if you are interested in watching.

The Board will be meeting tonight to determine two finalists to move forward in the process. Both finalists are scheduled to be in the district on Monday and Tuesday (one each day), April 26th and 27th. Each candidate will spend time with various stakeholder groups. The schedule is as follows:

• 1 p.m. - Students
• 2 p.m. - Administration
• 3:30 p.m. - All Staff
• 4:30 p.m. - Parents and Community

Stakeholder meetings will be held at Anchor Bay High School. If you are interested in attending, you can stop in anytime between 4:30 and 5:30 p.m.to meet and interact with the candidate. Feedback forms will be collected after each session to provide additional input to the Board of Education.

Final interviews will be conducted at 7 p.m. both evenings in the High School Auditorium.
