Investigators determined the homeowner was lighting off fireworks in the home's driveway, according to reports.

CHESTERFIELD TOWNSHIP, MI — A Chesterfield Township home was torched Thursday night during a late-night Fourth of July celebration, according to reports.
Fire officials said the home, located on the 26000 block of Fairwood near 21 Mile Road and Interstate 94, caught fire after fireworks debris landed on a shed adjacent to the garage, causing significant damage to the home, according to reports.
