• Free pre-k for 4-year-olds expands for Macomb County families (metroparent.com) — Families in New Baltimore can now tap into expanded free pre-K options through Michigan’s Great Start Readiness Program, coordinated locally by the Macomb Intermediate School District. A new MISD flyer lists New Baltimore among many Macomb communities with GSRP and Head Start classrooms, and parents can search nearby programs online or call MISD’s early childhood office for help with enrollment.
