Dance sensation Amy Yakima made it into the final four on last week's episode of FOX's "So You Think You Can Dance."

Tonight's episode, and viewers' votes, will determine if Yakima, 19, of Northville and 2011 graduate of Northville High School, wins the show. She is competing against one other female contestant on the 10th season, which selects a male and female winner, for the title.

Yakima's mother, Mary Beth Yakima, is flying out to see her daughter perform as she has been the entire season.

"We just hope people will watch the show," she said.

Yakima, who has been dancing for 16 years and was on Northville High School's dance team, has no shortage of supporters in Northville

There are high expectations for her performance tonight. Last week, Yakima performed a Bollywood dance as part of her duet. See a video of the dance above.

Yakima's success depends in part on viewers' votes. Supporters can vote without limit by texting the word "Amy" to 83676, calling the number that will be posted on the screen after her performance, or going online.
