Extended Care Available on Northville's First School Day

The first day of school in Northville is Sept. 3, and it will be a half day for elementary students.

Parents have the opportunity to enroll their children in the district's "Extra Care Kids' Club." Here are six details about the program.

1. This program is only for the first day of school.
2. The program is available at each elementary school if the child is already enrolled in Kids' Club.  
3. Care will be available from 11:55 a.m., when school dismisses, until 6:00 p.m.  
4. Cost is $32.50.  
5. Deadline to register was Tuesday; however, late registrations will be accepted with a $10 fee if space permits. 
6. Parents must complete the registration form (see above) and submit it to the Early Childhood office, 49775 Six Mile Road, to qualify.
