Police Arrest Shirtless Minor on Charges of Driving While Intoxicated
The minor also had a heart shaved into his chest.

Northville Township police arrested a Livonia minor around 5 a.m. June 23 on charges of driving while intoxicated, according to a police report.
An officer went to the area of Eight Mile and Napier roads for a report of a man walking shirtless on the shoulder trying to flag down cars, the report said.

The officer found the shirtless minor walking eastbound on Eight Mile Road near Westview Drive, according to the report. The man said he was at a party earlier where he had a couple of beers, went to sleep and left around 3 a.m., the report said.
He said on his way home a deer ran out in front of his car on Seven Mile Road, according to the report. He swerved causing a tire rod to break broke, which made him hit a guardrail, the report said. He then started walking home and had been walking for about three hours, according to the report.

The officer saw that he had hair on his chest but a part of it had been shaved, the report said. The minor said that while he was asleep a friend shaved a heart into his chest, according to the report.
The officer said the his eyes were bloodshot and he smelled like intoxicants, the report said. He agreed to a preliminary breathalyzer test, which had a result of .11 percent blood alcohol content, according to the report. The legal limit is .08 percent.
The officer checked the minor's car and found several unopened cans of beer and a few empty beer cans, the report said. He arrested him on charges of driving while intoxicated, according to the report.
