$10,000 Coat Stolen From Twelve Oaks Mall
The following information was supplied by the Novi Police Department.

Three people stole a $10,700 mink fur coat from Canada Select Fur at Twelve Oaks Mall on Nov. 14, according to a police report.
Employees at the store said that around 5 p.m., two women and one man came into the store. An employee said the three shopped around and were checking the inside of each coat, as well as paying a lot of attention to what the sales people were doing, the report said. The people then left the store and came back 10 minutes later, the report said.
Another man who was shopping in the store said he saw the three people steal the coat, and he reported it to the salesperson at the register, the report said. The employee looked outside of the store and saw the two women running out of the main entrance of the mall with the coat, the report said. The employee then looked on the sales floor and saw the coat they were trying on earlier was gone, the report said.
