The following information was supplied by the Novi Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

A woman reported that a $2,200 road bicycle was stolen from her garage on Brablewood Drive sometime between 3 p.m. on July 14 and 3 p.m. on July 15, according to a police report. The woman said the bicycle had been in the garage on the 14th, and the garage door had been left open during the day and part of the evening, the report said. 4 Chase Farms Street Signs Reported Missing
The Homeowners Association president of Chase Farms subdivision reported that four street signs worth $400 went missing sometime between July 10 and 12, according to a police report. The president said that the road signs for Piccadilly Circle and Hempshire Street, Oxford, and Chase were missing, the report said.
The president asked a middle school-aged boy in the area if he knew who took the signs, and the boy said that some kids knocked them down a couple of days ago, but said he did not know who the kids were or when that occurred, the report said. The president said she found a cordless phone near one of the missing signs, and it was placed into evidence, the report said. She said Chase Farms will replace the signs. The case is closed pending new developments.
