Novi Announces New Middle School Assistant Principal
Andy Comb will start as Novi Middle School's new assistant principal for the upcoming school year.

The Novi Community School District Board of Education approved the appointment of Andy Comb as Novi Middle School’s new assistant principal at its meeting last week.
“Mr. Comb comes with a vast array of experiences and an educational background that will strengthen the academic culture of Novi,” said Stephanie Schriner, Novi Middle School principal.
Comb began his career as a social studies teacher in the Van Buren Public Schools. As a teacher he served as a department chair, principal of extended summer school, implemented an Advanced Placement Psychology program and was an active member of the School Improvement Team. Most recently, Comb has been the assistant principal at McBride Middle School.
Comb graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in psychology and history and earned his master’s degree from Marygrove College.
“Mr. Comb’s strengths include experience with diversity, knowledge and background with data evaluation, and a passion for each and every student,” Schriner said. “He is a welcome addition to our staff and will be a leader in our district.”
