Novi Company Among Metro Detroit’s 101 Best & Brightest Companies to Work For

Novi-based Tognum America Inc., one of the world’s leading diesel engine manufacturers, is again named one of the 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in metro Detroit.

The award, by The Michigan Business and Professional Association (MBPA), annually recognizes 101 companies in the Detroit area that have demonstrated exceptional commitment to their employees and best practices in human resources.

To select the MBPA’s 101 Best and Brightest, an independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on 12 key measures in various categories like:
