He presented his findings at a major IEEE conference, ranking popular large language models and even creating his own evaluation algorithm. His work could help companies better judge which AI tools to trust for front-end development.
   

2. Best centers in Michigan high school Division 1 boys basketball (coach survey results) (mlive.com) — A statewide coaches’ survey of top Division 1 boys basketball centers includes Novi High School senior Matthew Floros, who moves from last year’s bench role on Novi’s 20-6 squad into a starting post spot. Michigan State Police walked attendees through active-shooter response, prevention strategies like physical barriers, and how to work closely with local first responders, all in response to the deadly Grand Blanc church attack this fall.

Michigan Republicans push ‘red flag' gun law repeal: ‘We do not need this' (bridgemi.com) — A Novi-based state representative is at the center of a new fight over Michigan’s red flag gun law, which lets courts temporarily remove firearms from people deemed dangerous. House Republicans are pushing to repeal the two-year-old law, while Novi Democrat Kelly Breen and law enforcement supporters argue it’s working as intended to prevent harm and protect due process.
