Novi Educational Foundation Grants $20,000 to Novi Schools
The NEF has given the district more than $230,000 over the past 16 years.

The Novi Educational Foundation presented the with another $20,761 in grants for the spring of 2012.
The NEF is a partner of the school district and supports educational opportunities and program enhancements that help the district fulfill its vision of developing each student’s potential with a world-class education.
Over the past 16 years, the NEF has provided more than $230,000 in educational grants that support teaching and learning in Novi classrooms.

The Novi Board of Education recognized the most recent grants at its meeting Thursday night. They are as follows:

- Program: Enriches the literary experience with the use of e-books integrated into Readers Workshop format
- Building:

Interactive Language Arts Software Library
- Program: Reading/writing software library that can be used on whiteboard systems and computers
- Building:
- Grade: K-4

PAASN Math & Writing Enrichment Program
- Program: Saturday sessions conducted by parent/teacher/student volunteers to enrich math & writing skills

Life Skills Community Based Instruction
