Novi Hip Hop Artist Releases New Single
Brilliance will play three shows Tuesday to celebrate his new song.

Hip hop artist Brilliance, who grew up in Novi, releases his latest single “Where Did I Go?”on iTunes Tuesday, according to a press release.
The single was produced by Detroit music legends Jared Lee Gosselin—who has also produced for Macy Gray, Flo Rida and Bobby Brown—and Grammy and Oscar winning-producer Jeff Bass—best known for grooming Eminem in his early days and collaborating on much of his subsequent music, including “Lose Yourself”.
“Where Did I Go?” combines elements of hip hop, techno and dubstep, resulting in a high-energy dance track. Brill raps about a blurry night of fun with friends, trying to recall exactly where he was and what he did.

To celebrate the release of the single, Briliance will be performing at the following venues Tuesday:
- 9:30 p.m. Beach Grille in St. Claire Shores
- 11:00 p.m. 526 Main in Royal Oak
- 12:30 a.m. Bayside in Walled Lake
Brilliance’s debut single “Shades Down” was played frequently on Detroit hip hop stations. He combines rap, instrumentation, funk, rock, dance, jazz and Motown – as he was influenced as a young child by artists like BB King, Nas, Tupac, Jimmy Hendrix, Eric Clapton and Sublime.

The “Where Did I Go?” video will be aired on MTV, Much Music, FUSE, havoc, Music Choice, CMC and 154 other outlets across the Internet and air waves.
