Person Scratches Racist Remark onto Novi Woman's Car
This information was supplied by Novi police.

Someone scratched a racial slur referring to a black person onto a Novi woman’s car June 22, according to a Novi police report.
The woman parked her car on Pheasant Run, near Ten Mile and Meadowbrook roads, and later found the racist remark scratched onto the front driver’s side hood with a sharp object like a key, the report said.
The woman is Asian and has no known enemies or disputes with other neighbors in the complex, according to the report. Police think the attack is random and is not a race issue, the report said.
