Someone Steals Novi Man's iPhone at Gas Station

Someone stole a Novi man’s iPhone around 6:30 p.m. Aug. 19, according to a Novi police report.

The man parked his car at the Speedway in Farmington Hills, leaving his cell phone in the center console, the report said. He went into the Speedway store to buy a drink and noticed that his cell phone was gone when he returned, according to the report. 

The man said he left his door unlocked and that he had the iPhone’s location services turned off so he was not able to locate it, the report said.

His iPhone is valued at $500, according to the report.
