Toasted Oak Grill Makes Cameo in New Chevy Commercial

Novi's Toasted Oak Grill & Market is a star in the latest Chevy commercial for the 2013 Chevy Cruze.

During the commercial, a couple makes a tour of several Metro Detroit eateries in their new Chevy Cruze, including the Novi restaurant where they grab a bite to eat.

Also featured in the 30-second spot is Hunter House in Birmingham, the Motor City Brewing Works in Detroit and Ray's Ice Cream in Royal Oak.

Providing the soundtrack for the commercial, meanwhile, is Ann Arbor's The Kickstand Band playing "So Long Suzie."

This isn't the first time Novi has been front and center in a car commercial. In the summer of 2011, a Novi hockey player and his father were featured in a commercial for the Chrysler Town & Country. It was filmed in part at Novi Ice Arena.
