Emagine Theater In Novi Is Excited To Unveil The EMAX Screen & Newly Remodeled Theater Just In Time For Their First Showing Of The Last Jedi

NOVI, MI – In a galaxy not so far away, Emagine Entertainment is excited to unveil the largest movie screen in Michigan: The "Super EMAX" at the Novi location is set to open on Friday with it's first showing of this year's most anticipated film "Star Wars: The Last Jedi."
The grand opening celebration of Emagine's Super EMAX is set to take place at 6 a.m., following up with the official ribbon cutting ceremony that will be 9 a.m. where the theater will have the first showing of "The Last Jedi."
The Super EMAX screen was a creation of combining two smaller auditoriums and expanding the overall building, the screen measuring at 92 feet wide, and over 48 feet tall, boasting it as the largest screen in Michigan, only comparable to the TCL Chinese Theatre IMAX in Hollywood.

Emagine theatre in Novi was one of the companies first to open in the Metro Detroit area, when it opened in October 2002. Over $5 million was invested into the theater for it to be brought up to date with luxury amenities like their locations in Canton and Birch Run.
The new renovations boasting the Super EMAX screen, 1,400 reclining powered leather chairs with 7 feet of space in the aisle, a seated bar area, new seating areas in the lobby, and a more extensive food menu at the concession stand.

CEO Paul Glantz said in a statement "Our Super EMAX will undeniably be the biggest screen in the state of Michigan but more importantly, it will be the best place to see a blockbuster film in the state of Michigan."
Tickets are on sale already for "The Last Jedi" on the Emagine website, matinees in the Super EMAX will be priced at $11 and $15 after 6 p.m. you can check here for ticket price settings, and try to get out and enjoy this years biggest movie, on the state's largest screen.
