Gift Basket Auction at the Orion Township Public Library

The Friends of the Library are auctioning off several book-themed baskets at the Orion Township Public Library now through June 29.

Each basket contains a new or gently used book and is packed with gift items selected especially for these books.  Baskets are on display in the main lobby of the library.  

Bidding will end at 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 29 and winning bidders will be notified  early the next week.  All funds raised will help support library programming such as  Summer Reading and fifth-grade Battle of the Books.

Residents are encouraged by the library to stop by and put in their bid at the Orion Township Public Library, 825 Joslyn Road, Lake Orion.

The library is open 9:30 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 9:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
