Lake Orion-Raised 'Rehab Addict' Star Focuses Efforts on Detroit

Nicole Curtis, Lake Orion native and star of HGTV and DIY's Rehab Addict, has a busy summer planned.

Curtis is simultaneously rehabbing three homes this summer, including a 1929 Detroit home, according to a Detroit News report. The other two houses are in Minneapolis, where Curtis now lives, according to the report.

The project is a 2,000-square-foot duplex that suffered fire damage in 2012 and was in danger of being demolished, the Detroit News reported.
