The incident happened Friday in Warren where officers received multiple 911 calls about people being struck by a black Jeep, prosecutors said.

Prosecutors said Ricklefs was driving the Jeep with her six-year-old child at the time. Prosecutors said she intentionally drove her Jeep into 10 people and one police officer.

Prosecutors said there are additional victims who are not identified at this time.

Officers found the Jeep stopped in the parking lot of Walmart at 29176 Van Dyke after Ricklefs drove into two people loading groceries into their vehicles, prosecutors said.

Ricklefs fought officers, but was eventually arrested in connection with the incident, prosecutors said.

Earlier that day, prosecutors said Ricklefs' her 12-year-old son had escaped out of a vehicle and she fled, striking two Clawson police vehicles in the process, prosecutors said.

"The allegations in this case shocking and deeply disturbing," Macomb County Prosecutor Peter Lucido said. "Our office is committed to pursuing this case to the fullest extent of the law to ensure justice is served."
