Orion Library Hosts Summer Reading Kickoff on June 8
Family-friendly event offers activities, food and live music.

The Orion Township Public Library is hosting its annual 2013 Summer Reading Kick-Off Party from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday, June 8.
The family-friendly event offers outdoor activities, food, live music and creative projects, according to Becky Bolin from the library.
Different themes will be offered at the event for each age group:

- Youth – Dig into Reading! & Rubber Ducky Read to Me Program
- Teens – Beneath the Surface
- Adults – Groundbreaking Reads
Readers also can register for the program online any time after June 8 at orionlibrary.org.
