A 48-year-old Oxford Township optometrist was charged Monday with indecent exposure for an Aug. 13 incident at his office on Indianwood Road, Channel 4 reports.
Dr. Robert Emmett Deck III is accused of luring a 33-year-old Orion Township woman to his personal office to watch him masturbate after she put in new contact lenses, according to the television station.Â
The woman reported the incident, with an audio reporting of the incident on her cell phone, to local authorities, the station reports.Â
