Resident alleges board violated Open Meetings Act with email correspondence about concessionaire for Paint Creek Cider Mill.

A YouTube video created by Oakland Township resident Richard Michalski alleges the Oakland Township board has violated the Open Meetings Act, according to a report in the Oakland Press.
Michalski, a 35-year resident and longtime planning commission member, alleges the board violated the Open Meetings Act in email correspondence related to a request for proposal for a concessionaire for the Paint Creek Cider Mill, the report indicated.
The video, which is included here, runs close to 21 minutes and details correspondence dating from September 2012 through April 2013.
