Here are three events to help fuel your week in Plymouth and Canton.

If you need a boost as we head into November, the Plymouth-Canton Patch calendar is filled with interesting and helpful events.

Here are just a few to brighten your week:

1. Walk of Trees

Familes, civic groups, clubs, school/scout groups and more sponsor a tree in Kellogg Park and decorate it as they see fit, by their imagination. Viewing of the trees is free all day from Thanksgiving through New Years Day.

2. Canton Turkey Trot

Join in the fight against epilepsy and participate in the Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning, Nov. 28. at Summit on the Park. Registration begins at 8 a.m. with a 9 a.m. kids' one mile run/walk and a 9:30 a.m. 5K run/walk. Entree fee is $25 for adults and $10 for kids ages 4-12.

3. Santa's Arrival in Downtown Plymouth

Santa and Mrs. Claus will arrive by fire truck Friday at 6 p.m. and will be welcomed by city officials. Santa will light all of the trees in Kellogg Park in a special ceremony, then begin welcoming children into his house until 8:30 p.m. to hear their Christmas wish lists.
