Barwis Methods Training Center Cuts Ribbon on Plymouth Facility

Barwis Methods Training Center cut the ribbon on its location at 44191 Plymouth Oaks Blvd.

Owner Mike Barwis is the former University of Michigan director of strength and conditioning, including direct responsibility for the football team.

Barwis also worked in the same capacity for West Virginia University and is a consultant to the New York Mets.
