Licensed Canton Practical Nurse Summarily Suspended
The suspension comes on the basis of a felony conviction, pursuant to Public Health Code guidelines.

From LARA: The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) has immediately suspended the license to practice as a licensed practical nurse of Percival Roy S. Kuizon, L.P.N., based on his felony conviction in the 22nd Judicial Circuit Court, Washtenaw County, Michigan.
On November 18, 2016, LARA issued an order summarily suspending Kuizon’s license pursuant to the Public Health Code, which provides for the mandatory summary suspension of a health professional’s license upon the conviction of a felony.
Kuizon was convicted of Criminal Sexual Conduct – Second Degree (Sexual Contact – County Prisoner) on July 18, 2016. Kuizon was sentenced to serve six months in jail, with credit for one day, placed on probation for five years, and ordered to pay assessments, costs, and fees.
