Metro Detroit's 1st Raising Cane's Opening Next Month
The eatery is best-known for their chicken fingers, fries, coleslaw and "Cane's sauce."

CANTON, MI — Metro Detroit's first Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers fast-food restaurant is opening next month, Patch learned Monday.
The popular fast-food restaurant will open at 44218 Ford Road in Canton on Feb. 4. The first 20 customers will be awarded with "Free Canes for a Year."
The company also plans to host community givebacks, such as engaging with local schools, sports teams and non-profit organizations through fundraising opportunities and sponsorships.

"We’re kicking off the new year in the best way possible—by opening our first Raising Cane’s in the Detroit area," Regional Leader of Restaurants Jennifer Szewc said. "Detroit has such a rich culture and vibrant energy and we’re ready to serve Motor City with the high-energy atmosphere and delicious food that’s made us famous."
Raising Cane's is best-known for their chicken fingers, fries, coleslaw and "Cane's sauce." It will join a plethora of other fast-food restaurants along Ford Road in the area, including Arby’s, Wendy’s, Tim Hortons, Culver’s, Taco Bell, McDonald’s and Burger King.

The first and only Raising Cane's in Michigan opened in East Lansing in 2022.
