The following information has been provided by the scholarship grantor:

● In the summer of 2022, the Theta Zeta Lambda (TZL) Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. will award up to 14 $1000 scholarships to deserving high-school seniors in Washtenaw or nearby counties.
● Please read the application carefully. (Prior to submission, be sure to complete EVERY field in the application.)

● Please write your answers neatly and legibly.
● Ensure a teacher or counselor completes the endorsement at the end of this packet.
● Please attach a copy of your high-school transcript and documentation of your SAT score. (If your school does not offer the SAT, please note where indicated in the application.) Your counselor can help you secure copies of these items.
● The completed application including attachments must be received no later than Friday, March 25, 2022.
● Refer any questions to tzl_education@annarboralphas.org
