PCCS : American 1 Credit Union Scholarship -- Due 4-8-22

The following information was provided by the scholarship grantor: 

American 1 Credit Union is pleased to offer $1,000 scholarships to high school seniors in the communities we serve through our annual Community Involvement Scholarship Program! 

 American 1’s scholarship is need-based with a focus on improving our communities through higher education. This year applicants will submit an essay articulating their financial need, their vision for how their continued education will enhance their lives and help them grow, and how their pursuit of higher education will improve their community. Scholarship recipients may use their funds toward their college education or skill-based education/certification program.

Scholarships are funded through the American 1 loan Skip-a-Pay program, where our credit union members can choose to skip one month’s loan payment anytime throughout the year for a $25 fee. 

The application can be found on our website at www.american1cu.org/scholarships.Students will need to return their application and essay by Friday, April 8, 2022.
