What is the Berman Family Dentistry Scholarship Fund?
The fund has been established by Plymouth dentist Dr. Allen Berman and continued by his son Dr. Michael Berman to help local students defray some of the costs of college tuition. As a young man, Dr. Allen Berman put himself through school and knows only too well the struggle to balance both education and work. His hope is that this program will ease the burden for three (3) local students, and encourage them to complete their educational goals. Students need not be pursuing a career in health care to apply.
What is available?
The Berman Family Dentistry Scholarship Fund will award three (3) $1000.00 scholarships to students from the three schools in the Plymouth-Canton Educational Park. Scholarship awards may be used toward enrollment fees or tuition expenses at the winner's school of choice. Award checks will be made out to the schools being attended to by the chosen students.

Who is eligible?
High school seniors in the Class of 2022 at the Plymouth-Canton Educational Park with a GPA of 3.3 or higher, who are planning to pursue a college education after completing high school.
If you are a Plymouth-Canton Educational Park high school senior who, by merit or circumstance, would like to be considered for this award, please submit your reason in writing (500 typed words or less) to:

Please include your name, transcript and the school you will be attending with your contact information.
Deadline
All essays should be typed and submitted in person or via email to bermanfamilydentistry@gmail.com by midnight on April 30, 2022.
