PCCS : Learning Option Change Request Form For 2021-22 School Year

This past April, we asked families to officially declare the enrollment commitment for their student for the 2021-22 school year. Following the release of our 2021-22 mitigation plans, we have heard from some families inquiring about their ability to change their enrollment commitment for the coming school year.

We are providing a limited opportunity for families to request a change in their selection from the traditional P-CCS model of full in-person instruction to the P-CCS Virtual Academy OR from the Virtual Academy to the traditional P-CCS model of full in-person instruction.

All requests for change must be completed by Monday, August 16, at 4 p.m.
