PCCS : Next COVID Test Pickup Date Is Wednesday, February 9 From 4 P.M. To 6 P.M. At East MS

P-CCS is participating in the MI Backpack Home Test program, which provides one COVID-19 test kit (two tests) free of charge to every staff member and student within the district. 

If you would like to pick up a test kit(s) during a scheduled pick up time, please complete this form to register. Families with multiple students may pick up one kit per student. Please complete the form once for each student. If you have already filled out the form, but did not yet pick up your test, you do not need to fill it out again for the latest pickup date.

The next scheduled pick up will be Wednesday, February 9 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at East Middle School (1042 S. Mill St., Plymouth). Please park and enter through the main lobby doors (door 2).
