Nutrition Services
○ As many of you know, P-CCS has been participating in a universal nutrition services program that has provided a
free breakfast for all students. We will continue to do so but, in an effort to more effectively address supply chain
and staffing issues, we will be providing families an opportunity to make an intentional selection regarding
whether they would like to utilize this option (or decline it).
As such, please complete the attached survey to help inform us regarding your family’s needs. Please complete
one form per student and please note, to continue receiving breakfast after October 31st, you must complete
this survey.
