P-CCS COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic

WHEN: Wednesday, December 15  •  3 p.m. - 7 p.m.

WHERE: DuBois Little Theater at Canton High School (across from the main office, park by the flag pole)

P-CCS in conjunction with the Wayne County Health Department will once again be offering a vaccination clinic for the community. Doses will be available for the newly eligible 5 - 11 year age group, as well as for those 12 years and older. Boosters will also be available for anyone who is at least 6 months from their last dose of the vaccine.

A follow up clinic will be held on Wednesday, January 5th, 2022 for those needing their second dose.

A parent signature is required for anyone under 18 to receive the vaccine. All students are encouraged to have a parent or guardian present.
