Salem Athletics is hosting The P-CEP Culture Conference for ALL 9-12th grade P-CEP Student-Athletes. The conference will be on Saturday February 19, 2022 from 8am-1pm in Salem's gym and classrooms. Sponsored by MHSAA, the conference includes a t-shirt, refreshments and team prizes. **The conference is free but has limited spots.**

The focus is leadership, character and culture development. The conference will incorporate interactive team building stations to teach and test teamwork, character, leadership and team building. Facilitated workshops will discuss individual character development and team captain concepts. Facilitators will include current Coaches, Cadets from Eastern Michigan Army ROTC and leaders from the community.

The intended outcome of the conference is to bring student-athletes from various teams together and share ideas to build a common culture for P-CEP Athletes, share mental techniques that help athletes find success and come together. This is an excellent bonding event for teams.

We will follow P-CCS District protocols that are in place for health & safety, including wearing face coverings indoors as currently required. We appreciate your cooperation to reduce the spread of COVID and keep participants & staff safe!
