Plymouth City Commission Race: 7 Candidates Vie For 4 Seats On Board

Three incumbents are facing off in a seven-way race.

PLYMOUTH, MI — Seven candidates are running for four seats on the Plymouth City Commission in November's municipal elections. The top four vote-getters will be elected to a four-year term.

Plymouth city commissioners are paid $20 per meeting.

Candidates running for the seats include Catherine Coburn, incumbent Suzi Deal, incumbent Linda Filipczak, Brock Minton, incumbent Kelly O'Donnell, Ron Picard and Joshua Rimatzki.

Plymouth voters can vote in person at their local precinct anytime from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 7. Any absentee ballots must have been requested by Nov. 3 by mail and by Nov. 6 in person.

Absentee early voting began on Sept. 28 ends Nov. 6. All absentee ballots must be returned by Nov. 7 at 8 p.m. You can submit them by mail, or by hand-delivering the ballot to your clerk’s office or their drop box.
