A person was arrested after officers made a big drug bust in Wayne County​ on Thursday, according to Michigan State Police.

CANTON TOWNSHIP, MI — A person was arrested after officers made a big drug bust in Wayne County on Thursday, according to Michigan State Police.

Officers executed a pair of search warrants in Canton Township and Wayne on Thursday, though officials didn’t specify exactly where the raids took place.

During the raids, officers seized nearly 9 pounds of methamphetamine as well as "an amount of crack cocaine," according to police.

Officials said the drugs have a street value worth roughly $40,000.
